Our Business Plan

The Strategic Business Plan is compiled following a successful first year of operation for the National Skills Academy for Power.

With all the uncertainty around funding opportunities and pressure on the UKeconomy as a whole, the Skills Academy has not only managed to deliver on its year one objectives, but also get ahead of the project plan by delivering several year two projects.

As we move into year two the challenges become greater. Building on the progress made and meeting the expectations of our members will become harder. The more success we experience, the bigger the expectations become. However, the Skills Academy is well placed to meet those expectations through the development of commercial offerings that will deliver clear financial benefits to our members and the a whole. We have a sound financial plan, highly motivated and capable personnel and a clear vision from the UK Power Sector employers to lead us into year two and beyond.
